Are you stuck in a boring daily routine of going to work, coming home, sitting in front of the television, and not doing anything?
Well, I’ve got something that will inspire you…
Welcome to Share the Unique travel blog. The online space where you can get inspired to travel and learn about unique destinations. This blog is here to get you planning and organising your next adventure. Whether it be a road trip down to the next beach for a long weekend or getting on a plane to immerse yourself in a completely different culture.

I’m Tara the creator of Share the Unique, and I’m here to tell you about my travel experiences and knowledge whilst sharing stories and answering your questions. As travelling for me is all about the people you meet, the food you eat, the unique smells, the local tour guides, the festivals, the scenery, music, bars, and the good times! And man, there has been some good times…
I grew up in regional South Australia, and so most of my early travelling was with family and friends camping in the Flinders Ranges and staying at our family beach shack. In 2006 I went for the first time to live overseas for a year in Edinburgh, Scotland. Since then, I have lived, worked, and travelled to over 30 different countries.
Every time I return from a new adventure my family and friends are always asking me, “where did you go this time?”, “did you have a good time?”, and “what would you recommend?”. So, I’ve created this space to share my experiences and hopefully inspire you to get out there and explore too!

Share the Unique will dive into destinations in Australia and around the world to discover what is unique about them. Food, scenery, architecture, festivals, music, tours, and hidden gems. With a few funny stories which have happened to me along the way.
My goal for Share the Unique is to be interactive and inclusive.
So please feel free to comment on the posts or email me to share your stories and experiences. As I would love to hear your feedback about what you like and don’t like. I am also on Facebook and Instagram making it super easy to like, comment, and share with your friends. Let’s build an online travel community together which inspires!
So, now it’s your turn, tell me in the comments below where you would like to explore next?
